Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked chicken 454 g, shredded or diced
  • 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta 340 g
  • 2 cups chicken broth 480 ml
  • 1 cup heavy cream 240 ml
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce 120 ml
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 100 g
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 56 g
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese 28 g
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or butter for sautéing
  • Garlic powder for seasoning
  • Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

  3. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 10–12 minutes until pasta is tender.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Adjust seasoning as needed; garnish with chopped green onions or parsley before serving.
