  • 2 packages cream cheese 8 oz / 227 g
  • 1 cup powdered sugar 120 g
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar 55 g
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips 85 g
  • ½ tsp blue gel food coloring
  • 2 Oreos
  • 2 Chips Ahoy cookies
  • 1 handful white chocolate chips
  • Chips Ahoy cookies for serving

Method
 

  1. In a stand mixer bowl equipped with the paddle attachment, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, brown sugar, ½ cup white chocolate chips, and blue gel food coloring.
  2. Run the mixer on high speed until the mixture is thoroughly combined and smooth.
  3. Move the mixture into a large bowl.
  4. Arrange Chips Ahoy cookies around the dip.
  5. Quarter the Oreos and Chips Ahoy cookies, then sprinkle them over the dip. Top with a handful of white chocolate chips.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
